WEB DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT – BASIC PACKAGE

Parties: Solution MDA Corp, 6299 Power Ave, unit 221-222, Jacksonville, FL 32217 ("the Provider") and the person or company signing below ("the Client").

1. Scope. The Provider will design and publish a website according to the Basic Package described on the packages page of solutionmda.com, which is part of this agreement. Any work outside that description will be quoted separately.
2. Not included. Professional photos or videos, online store, paid advertising, social media management, monthly maintenance, and domain and hosting from the second year on.
3. Price and payments. Regular price $1,124; launch price $899 (20% off for the first 5 new clients; you save $225). Payment: 50% at the start ($449.50) and 50% on delivery ($449.50). With the second payment the Client is paid in full and owes nothing more for this package.
4. Delivery. Delivery from 7 days after the initial payment; this is not a fixed deadline. The timeline depends on the Client delivering copy, photos, logos, access and approvals on time. Client delays extend the timeline accordingly.
5. Revision rounds. Includes 1 round(s) of revisions. Additional changes or changes in scope are quoted and billed separately, subject to the Client's approval.
6. Domain and hosting. The price includes the domain and hosting for the first year. From the second year on, the Client pays for the domain and hosting directly to the corresponding provider. The domain is registered and always remains in the Client's name.
7. Cancellation and deposit refund. If the Client cancels before the Provider starts work, 100% of the deposit is refunded. If the Client cancels after work has started and before delivery, the Provider may keep the portion of the deposit corresponding to the work done, up to the full deposit, and refunds the rest. No refunds after delivery.
8. Ownership. Once the full price is paid, the Client owns the delivered website, its copy, design and content. Third-party tools, templates or services remain subject to their own licenses. Until full payment, the Provider retains the rights to the work.
9. Client responsibilities. Provide accurate information on time; hold the rights to the copy, photos, logos and trademarks provided; review and approve work within the agreed timelines; maintain their third-party accounts (Google, Toast, Square, OpenTable, etc.) and pay their costs.
10. Portfolio. The Provider may show the website in its portfolio unless the Client prohibits it in writing.
11. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
12. Acceptance. By checking the acceptance box and signing electronically, the Client accepts this agreement.

WEB DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT – INTERMEDIATE PACKAGE

Parties: Solution MDA Corp, 6299 Power Ave, unit 221-222, Jacksonville, FL 32217 ("the Provider") and the person or company signing below ("the Client").

1. Scope. The Provider will design and publish a website according to the Intermediate Package described on the packages page of solutionmda.com, which is part of this agreement. Any work outside that description will be quoted separately.
2. Not included. Professional photos or videos, online store, paid advertising, social media management, monthly maintenance, and domain and hosting from the second year on.
3. Price and payments. Regular price $3,820; launch price $3,056 (20% off for the first 5 new clients; you save $764). Payment: 50% at the start ($1,528) and 50% on delivery ($1,528). With the second payment the Client is paid in full and owes nothing more for this package.

3. Price and payments. Regular price $6,520; launch price $5,216 (20% off for the first 5 new clients; you save $1,304). Payment: 50% at the start ($2,608) and 50% on delivery ($2,608). With the second payment the Client is paid in full and owes nothing more for this package.
